The network is organized under two co-presidents from two different signatory companies. They represent the network in all public initiatives and in relations with institutions and all stakeholders.

The co-presidency is held in turn, and renewed every two years. A Secretary is appointed from a third company to support the co-presidents in the network management.

The co-presidents work with the Steering Committee, made up of a representative from each participating company. The Steering Committee meets twice a year and is in charge of deciding on major strategic guidelines, approving the annual action plan and the mandate report, and appointing the co-presidents.

Once a year a European conference is held to exchange information on the social initiatives that have been undertaken.

SNCF and Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane currently hold the co-presidency of the network.
